Crack.

The landing after my attempt to score a basket torn off the base of the tab. I already felt the weakness during the last match. I must say that I took the habit of being stingy with the adhesive tape and I diapered up in a hurry that morning.

Scchhh.

Straps on the right hip held on, though it did not avoid the diaper to slide down a bit more at each step. A decision had to be taken quickly. I got off the field running towards the loos. Teacher called out to me. I ignored her.

Plum.

As soon as I entered the corridor, the diaper dropped to my ankle. I wore a loose tracksuit narrowing at the extremities, so it did not fall on the floor, but anyone who would pay a bit of attention would see the anomaly. I locked the toilet door and hurried to take the diaper off. It had been used a couple of times during the morning therefore smelt urine. I was folding it when a classmate came in.

- Daisy, are you okay ?

- Yes.

- What happened ?

The diaper was in my hands. I did not dare to move.

- Nothing. I’m coming in 5.

- Do you need a sanitary pad?

That was not a bad excuse.

- Yes, please.

She left a moment only to come back jogging and slid the little plastic pouch under the door.

- Cheers.

- You will give one back to me when you can.

E. was not a bad girl, but she was very attached to her stuff. Not my favourite classmate, you see. The situation was already embarrassing enough without adding being indebted to her.
So here I am, standing the loos with in my hands a dirty diaper and a pad I had no use for. Using the little container in the stall was highly risky. Someone would end up seeing it and would ask questions. I quickly went to the changing rooms to throw it in the bigger bin. There, between an apple core and a tissue, it was the only thing one could see. I took the rubbish bag out, knotted it and run to the boys’ changing room to drop it all in their bin. I hurried back on the field, red as hell, sweaty and knickerless. I had known better Saturdays.

This misadventure and a handful of other issues due to a bad ABDL management (irritations, little leaks, overall lack of comfort) slowed down my wearing of diapers. I was with a heavy heart. I missed its texture, I missed moments of intimacy. I vaguely considered going back to the Drynites of the beginnings… But no. I would have it all or have nothing.
During an outing between friends, we nonchalantly passed in front of a pharmacy which was rearranging its shopfront. The employee was staging the product of the moment : adult diapers. I had never put the diapers in the “treatment” mental box. Big mistake. The solution was at the chemist’s a couple a street away from home all along…

As soon as I had the occasion I entered a pharmacy to buy officially some lip balm. Cashiers were busy with clients. No one paid attention to me. My poor sense of orientation lost me in the “senior” section. Oops… On the down shelf were lined up 3 of the most enormous diaper packs I had ever seen. Their size hypnotised me. I squatted down to take a closer look. My hands reached for the biggest. My guts made knots. Through the thin plastic wrap, one could feel the thickness of the product. I groped it for several seconds. Then my face brightened with the largest of smiles. I wedged it against my waist to

WHAT ON EARTH??? 😱😱🤯😨😭🧮😵💰😖😲😲😭📽💸

Almost 40 € a pack of 24 ?! On the 3 proposed choices, the cheaper price per diaper was almost three times the price of the Pampers I was used to buy. Furthermore… I was a bit skint at that moment. My teenage years were rather festive. Going to see movies, shopping afternoons, first parties where we would not only drink ice teas… All these had a cost. And my wallet grimaced…
I put the pack back in place against my will and I promised myself to save up.

That first contact with adult diapers turned to obsession. I thought about it during the day, I thought about it when I went to bed, I dreamt about it… The family computer made me open a new chapter in my ABDL life. Home alone for part of a day, I searched on the internet for “adult diapers”. I just wanted to have some clarification on the ones I had seen at the chemist’s. Then I searched “are adult diapers comfortable”. And one thing leading to another…

I thought I was alone. I realised we were numerous.
