Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds are applied to our products because of their sheer hygienic nature. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 


 

Diapers

We accept returns on diapers within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The pack must be unopened. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on diaper packs that have been opened or unsealed.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email and affiliated name) must be provided.

Clothing & Bodysuits

We accept returns on clothing items (bodysuits, onesies, etc.) within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email and affiliated name) must be provided.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that are missing their original tags are not eligible for return or refund.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or unsealed diaper packs

  • Clothing items that have been worn or had their tags removed

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

 


 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at daisy@lngu-abdl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

 


 

Return Shipping

Unless you did not receive the products you ordered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 


 

Refunds

Once the return items reaches the warehouse, it will be inspected to be sure that all the regulations were respected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

 


 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items (unopened diapers, unworn clothing with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or design please contact us at daisy@lngu-abdl.com with your order number and the desired replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping and delivery of the new item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item promptly. 

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daisy@lngu-abdl.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange either a replacement, a partial or a full refund according to the witnessed issue.
