My first order was the medium dragon diapers . They did fit tight , but I figured they would. The outer shell is all plastic, but it is very, very soft, plastic, and quiet . As quiet as cloth backed diapers. The diapers also hold a lot of liquid without leaking while sleeping. I did order more dragon diapers but they were the large. They were the same soft and quite diaper with a lot of capacity. The large diapers fit very nice and comfortable snug!! This pictures of me wearing the dragon diapers are the large dragon diapers. They fit very well despite the fact I had no one to take better pictures of me wearing the diapers. UPDATE THE SECOND 3 PICTURES)) I WORE THESE LARGE DIAPERS FOR 10 HOURS SLEEPING . I NEVER ONCE REFASTENED THE 4 TAPES , THE DIAPERS ARE VERY SOAKED AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES AND THEY NEVER LEAKED AND STILL FIT VERY AWSOME!! I WAS VERY AMAZED!!

The Dragoonz adult diapers are an excellent product. They are soft to the touch, comfortable for multiple hours, and quite absorbent.

Excellent diapers!
Excellent diapers! Fully plastic-backed, with reinforced plastic front-sheet for the re-usable adhesive tabs. Wide crotch, which causes diaper to fold in the correct places for best containment and absorption. Tall leak-guards, elastic gathers front & back, and a really cute print all over. I'd rate these as some of the best on the market today. 10/10 would recommend :)
